The most common reason for hair loss in man, apart from some external reasons, is a hormone called testosterone, also known as male hormone. When mixed with an enzyme called 5-Alpha Reductase, testosterone transforms into (DHT) dihydrotestosterone. This hormone sends signals to hair causing it weaken; consequently they get thinner and departs from the scalp. Hair loss has to do with male physiology mostly, tempered by the advent of genetic predisposition.
But separate from hormonal reasons one should also remember external reasons. Smoking is one of the main reasons for hair loss; poor diet is another one. Lack of vitamins and minerals may also have the same impact as testosterone.
So one should, without further delay, take measures. Visiting a hospital is also an option to receive timely advice or treatment.
I wish you have a healthy life.
